Wow I just happened to stumble on this thread while waiting in line at Hurricane's Grill in Darling Harbour. I've waiting for almost an hour and a half but I heard the ribs here are fucking amazing. The women are amazing too -- it's like a a melting pot of hot chicks from around the world. I'm very bummed that I have to leave on Monday.

The ribs were great and worth the hype (order with one of the extra sauces) but you could find ribs this good in the States if you looked hard enough. If you are in Sydney for a long time and crave good ribs come here, but if you have a limited number of meals save them for a place that specializes in Aussie food (steaks, prawns, etc) or the great selection of Korean BBQ, Chinese seafood or yum cha (dim sum). The view of Darling Harbour from Hurricanes is great though.
