you should get a hooker. I was in Atlanta for a yearly sales kickoff for 3 days, and got propositioned by 3 of the hottest hookers I have ever seen.

11/8/2010 12:05:46 AM
Saw this on my walk to work this morning:hehe.
11/9/2010 9:24:46 AM
Try out Fogo De Chao...it's a Brazilian steakhouse (like Brasa in Brier Creek), except that the service and quality of the meat are both phenomenal.
11/9/2010 9:44:51 AM
chicken and waffles downtown, opera club downtown, any falcons or hawks game (or thrashers if hockey is your deal), coke museum, aquarium, gtech's campus is pretty cool and their campus bookstore is on point for engineering books, there's a motel 6 in the middle of PREMIUM downtown real estate. there are tons of phenomenal restaurants within a 2mile radius of it and really close to the marta station by the mall. one of the best seafood places I've ever been is right outside the marta station. don't know the name but it has a little waterfall thing out front
11/9/2010 10:38:25 AM
Staying downtown tomorrow night. Any restaurant recommendations? Something not incredibly expensive but it is a work dinner. Good beer on draft and not a steak house...
11/2/2015 10:18:43 AM
holeman and finch public house is good.
11/2/2015 10:22:31 AM
what part of downtown
11/2/2015 10:59:02 AM
Marietta and Ted Turner right south of Centennial Olympic Park.
11/2/2015 11:51:42 AM
Damn fog everywhere.Nice view from my window:
11/3/2015 3:42:01 PM

going for the first time next weekend. already bought aquarium tickets. any tips from anyone who has been to the aquarium before?
7/6/2017 2:32:39 PM
pay extra for the penguin experience
7/6/2017 2:44:48 PM
do NOT going on the weekend unless you love billions of annoying ass kids. You wanting to go to bars? breweries? nice restaurants? whatcha into?
7/6/2017 9:12:18 PM
we're only in town for 24 hoursmy girlfriend is a huge fan of the Bitch Sesh podcast so we're going to a live taping at Variety Playhouse Saturday, so anything close to there is a plusand we got aquarium tickets for 10:30 Sunday morning, so we're hoping the crowd won't be too bad. it's a place we haven't been yet and REALLY want to go, so we're ok dealing with a crowd
7/6/2017 9:24:41 PM
for the aquarium: don't waste your time waiting for the whale or dolphin shows. do the home depot tunnel experience last. don't eat anywhere around the aquarium, it's all tourist traps. go to the wrecking bar over by little 5 where you're watching this taping. if you can get to stone mountain, it's pretty well worth the time to see the original mount rushmore. if you want something cool to do after dark, go to the botanical gardens
7/6/2017 9:29:23 PM
^^ does that mean you watch real housewives?
7/6/2017 9:54:12 PM
Go get breakfast at Homegrown before the aquarium and get the comfy chicken biscuit, best shit in the world. Opens at 7am
7/6/2017 10:03:41 PM
^^^ there's a zero percent chance of me willingly going to a Confederate monument ^^ I watch when she's over and wants to watch. it's entertaining, to say the least. ^ preesh
7/6/2017 10:06:39 PM
7/6/2017 10:07:21 PM
by "next weekend" do you mean the one that starts tomorrow? or the following weekend?
7/6/2017 10:35:46 PM
a week from this coming Saturday

When I was a kid we went to Stone Mountain a few years in a row, and my friend and I always had a blast hiking around it for several hours (we were ~14 at the time).
7/7/2017 9:39:21 AM
as someone who loves the mountains/hiking, I'll stick to non-Confederate mountain hikes
7/7/2017 11:45:40 AM
The mountain itself isn't a confederate monument, some rednecks just decided to carve a monument into one side of it. It doesn't necessarily mean you support the confederacy if you hike it. It's a really neat and unique geological (and yes, historical) feature. But I get where you're coming from.(and yeah, the same guy that went on to do Mt. Rushmore started the carvings at Stone Mountain)
7/7/2017 12:14:17 PM
yeah dude, your footprints on a piece of rock are really helping to revive the confederate cause
7/8/2017 9:31:44 AM
If you are in Atlanta, might want to check out the Southern Fried Gameroom Expo. It's a great show, I've been every year since it started.http://southernfriedgameroomexpo.com/Next one is June 2018.

go on 'n raise up, take your shirt off, oh wait, wrong city.
7/8/2017 4:55:43 PM
Ali Baba's is the only good suggestion I've seen. Who the fuck goes to World of Coke if they don't have children? If you really want tourist stuff, just go to the Cyclorama. I guess being in Buckhead limits you. Five Points/Decatur will give you better local food/drink options.
7/9/2017 12:53:27 PM
world of coke is pretty sweet and I don't have any kids.cyclorama has been closed for over a year and will be for at least 2 more.
7/9/2017 4:34:14 PM
I've heard World of Coke is pretty cool. You could also wander up to Kennesaw and check out the Civil War battlefield.
7/9/2017 7:35:00 PM
See if you can cram all of these into your trip!https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_monuments_and_memorials_of_the_Confederate_States_of_America#Georgia
7/9/2017 8:51:44 PM
^,^^ great ideas. dude is obviously all about his civil war history!
7/9/2017 11:36:41 PM
I actually love Civil War historyeven took multiple Civil War history classesbattlefields aren't the same as Confederate monuments/memorials, though[Edited on July 9, 2017 at 11:51 PM. Reason : .]
