i'm pretty good with software management and deployment, still learnin' myself on Active Directory (i'd like to think i'm fairly proficient, but i know i can pick up a lot more), and babysitting faculty.and managing part timers.

i did small to large scale passive and active implementations for a few years when i was at ibm - i was in their wireless and emerging technologies practice in the rfid group - i left them last year though for a startup-ish ]]

front-end web development - xhtml/css/js/php and it looks like I'm going to have to re-learn .NETUI and UX design, with a really strong background in small screen & touch screen devices and visual designpretty bad-ass at 10' interfaces as well, if I do say so myself.
