I looked for rotel. My local farm fresh did not have it. -_- I settled for medium tostito's brand salsa, because it was the best I could find there.

It actually tastes really good, but could stand to be a little hotter.

When you snag a little chunk of sausage when scooping up some dip, your life instantly becomes better.

This is surely something that should only be made, at most, once a year, for your body's sake.

How long does this take to make? I was thinking about making a 7 layer dip, but I'm running short on time.

^ just brown the sausage while cheese (a little milk) is melting in the crockpot then drain sausage and throw everything together in the crock pot, took me about 30-45 min max

For the amount I made, which is enough to feed about sixteen people, I spent about 1 hr 40 minutes on it.

Don't buy the biggest thing of velveeta and you'll have a much easier time, lol. I bought as much as I did because I've got a big crock pot.

I'm just doing the Velveeta and Rotel dip... and putting it on Brocolli. Hey, it's better than nachos right?

The correct answer is: Buy four different types of chips/crackers AND then get some vegetables too and dip all that stuff in it.
