actually i've heard that we're technically in a high risk group. i'd imagine that's probably more of a function of our tendency to hang out in social environments around lots of people and stuff. i dunno. i'm probably wrong. my friend is in med school at wake forest though, and he said it's worth getting, so take that for what you will.

^^ like mono and meningitis i guess?i mean we might be more AT risk to getting it because we hang out in crowded areas or are in school so we are prob exposed to it a lot more but i'm not high risk in that i'm not pregnant, elderly, asthmatic, over 50 etc, etc and the other criteria on the cdc page (for seasonal flu, at least). i mean if you are a healthy individual with a strong immune system, if you get sick, you get sick, you get over it. no?[Edited on December 12, 2009 at 12:25 AM.
