Also, he went to the same mosque as a couple of the 9/11 terrorists. So why was this guy allowed to stay in his position? The warning signs were there, it doesn't make sense.

Wlfpk4Life, I've read through that link a couple of times, and it says nothing to support your post.He didn't try to get in touch with al Qaeda. He maybe tried to get in touch with a guy who might be sympathetic to al Qaeda. He didn't go to the same mosque as any 9/11 hijackers. The guy he tried to contact may have talked to two of the hijackers.Nothing in the article says anything about a lone wolf provision.I'm not sure you understand how "providing support for your statements" works.

I posted my link and the other stuff in a hurry as I was walking out the door, so you will have to excuse the lack of links. My comments weren't necessarily connected with the link I provided, and my hastiness to not have the perfectly laid out post is entirely my fault. Please forgive me.But since I'm a nice guy, here you go GrumpyGOP:As for the contact with Al Qaeda, I am going by what the title of the piece said. But seriously, saying a guy who is for jihad is maybe being sypmathetic towards Al Qaeda might be like saying a plant is sympathetic towards sunlight for growth (and what hooksaw posted...thanks for the link there bud).As for the mosque:http://www.sdnn.com/sandiego/2009-11-08/sports/alleged-shooter-tied-to-mosque-of-911-hijackers-met-al-hazmi-in-san-diego
