when it says "claim ticket" that means you got a ticket

when you go to claim the ticket and it says there are none available then it's a Ticket Return problem


has nothing to do with group vs. individual

actually i think "Claim Ticket" is the general link phrase

should be more like "Click to see if you got a ticket"
