Thanks for the support folks, looks like were down to three puppies now, if everyone follows through, and I'm confident and excited that every single one of them has gone to an absolutely great home.As for the rest of you I don't really care what you think. You have no idea about what we've sunk into these puppies, or my financial arrangement, or anything else, therefore you have to merit to call me out on price or any other issue dealing with these puppies. I know the typical mindset on this site is that if you've seen or heard of anything relating to the thread topic you are the automatic expert, but that simply is not the case. Until you have raised 11 puppies in your kitchen, ran up your credit card paying for the peripherals, and spent your vacation days staying home to take care of puppies, or some kind of arrangement close to it, you have No credibility. So far the only one of you that seem to oppose, that has established any kind of credibility in my eyes, is XCchik. She has at least made a clear argument, and while I don't agree with all of her points, I definitely see where she is coming from and respect her opinion. The rest of you, with your snide little comments have led me to believe you simply don't know what your talking about and it makes you look less intelligent.[Edited on February 18, 2009 at 3:42 PM. I agree with you on the neutering thing, at least for males. I'm glad that vets around here seem to be advocating waiting for maturity to neuter, at least for large breeds. It's amazing to me how different a dog neutered later in life versus a dog neutered at like 4 months are. However, I would not have an adult intact male past age 2, they are just a pain. Their main goal in life seems to be to mark everything in existence.

My parent's male dog still squats to pee because the vet recommended having him neutered so early.

Mine does too. I prefer that.

my dog was neutered at about 5 months because he was sedated to remove a large nail he ate. he still squats to pee lol.

Yeah this is pretty typical wolfweb bullshit.with the exception of xCchik (who comes off as preachy, know it all and condescending), ignorant idiots come in here looking to troll and rile shit up with their uninformed opinions. i bet half the idiots don't even believe the nonsense they type, theyre just looking to get a reaction out of people. that's ambrosia's strategy in chit chat, don't know why it'd be any different in classifieds.there is absolutely nothing wrong with what the OP is doing (obviously). as such, if anyone attempts to troll/derail this thread any further expect to have your posts deleted and your account suspended.]

dogs and pups are expensive as hell to care for and if he had, what, 11 pups that all had to go the vet, plus food & water and extras.i can see damn well why he would want to make back what he spent.too bad you cant afford them but please, shut the hell up[Edited on February 24, 2009 at 5:11 PM. Reason : maybe some of you guys need to take your pets to the vet more often to understand the expenses]
