All of my responses for this thread would probably be from The Smashing Pumpkins, so I'll try to think of others, but first ... The dynamics in Porcelina of the Vast Oceans (specifically the intro to chorus), the same for Soma, the build up from the bridge in Geek U.S.A. to the solo, the strange nostalgic feeling that the intro outro to 1979 induces.
