So the MVP award has the same problem as the Heisman then? It doesn't necessarily go to the best player, just the best player on the best team.

^pretty much

How can you even think of giving Warner the MVP after today's performance?
12/21/2008 7:27:30 PM
I don't think anyone has him there now.He was a front runner 2 weeks ago when I made the thread. He had clinched his division for the first time in like 70 years, and was only a few yards behind Brees (and also on pace to pass Marino).[Edited on December 21, 2008 at 7:35 PM. Reason : ]

AP and Warner's performance today pretty much locked up MVP for Peyton.Rivers dang well should be in the talks if they win next week because it has been all him all season without a healthy LT.

LT is probably the biggest pussy in the NFL, he is never "healthy".

Does anyone care that AP has fumbled 9 times compared to DWill's 0 fumble season?
12/31/2008 11:02:45 AM

Damn, I predicted 5 outta 6.If only AP hadn't gotten so fumble-prone.

I still think it's major BS that Phil isn't going to the Pro Bowl and got no MVP reps.
1/6/2009 1:18:40 PM
