tow truck drivers in this city are pretty much licensed car thieves that pay kick backs to the pigs, I would beat a tow truck driver unconscious and leave him bleeding in the ditch if I found them towing my car and they didn't make it to their firearm before I made it to a blunt object

the officer working said briefly that its a written appeal explaining your case and why youve been wronged by the rpd

if you have any witnesses im sure that will help

i have several witnesses who saw the small sign and can say that it did not warn for oct 31


im also interested to see how difficult it will be to get a check from the city since they are responsible .. im sure theres plenty of red tape, but i dont know
