its not a joke. even commercial real estate is having a hard time collecting from tenants. how long before we start seeing epic failures in our own communities? we've over-built, over-spent and under-saved as a whole.


i've yet to hear a plan that can turn this around. those bailouts were the same things done in Russia before its collapse.

i think the bottom for the DOW is 4000. at 4000 I'll start buying gradually.
