apparently there are videos of her in the hearings asking for more de-regulation as well, but I can't find them on youtube.

Well, she voted against the bail-out. So, meh...
10/2/2008 4:53:22 PM

KAY HAGAN, HER BOX GOES "CHA CHING" WHENEVER YOU PUMP GAS. SEE? IT'S ALL KAY HAGAN'S FAULT THAT THE GAS PRICES ARE HIGH. YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE THAT WE TAKE OUT OUR FRUSTRATION AT THE PUMPS ON KAY HAGAN, BECAUSE HER FAMILY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF ANYTHING THEY SELL. THEY SHOULD SELL IT FOR FREE.

^Oh Boy!Another tax-n-spending Big Gov't politician...lucky us.
10/6/2008 10:22:26 PM
What does Chris Cole mean when he says "4) a radically anti-bureaucratic response to the turmoil over illegal immigration."?
10/6/2008 10:25:42 PM
^^So you'd rather Dole, or will you be voting Cole?

you know what's really important, though, is keeping Hagen out because she talks to Godless Americans!!or, that's what Dole thinks is important, considering the mailer she just sent outbtw, the "Godless Americans Political Action Committee", which is "the national lobby for atheists, humanists, freethinkers and other nontheistic Americans with the unique mission of protecting their civil rights" are the most "vile, radical liberals in America," according to Dole

it can't be good for Dole when Salon starts writing articles about her!http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2008/10/13/north_carolina/
10/13/2008 9:55:31 PM
I haven't decided on Dole or Hagan yet.I've read through this thread and seen many posts citing that Dole has done nothing for NC. What did she need to do that needed doing? Things i like about her:- ranks lowest on earmarks (i guess some of you are only against pork when other state senators do it)- voted against the bailout bill.Things I don't like about her:- Does seem to be physically absent from NC a little too much. I'm not entirely certain if this is enough for me to vote for someone who has a record of raising taxes though...
10/15/2008 1:27:45 PM
She completely bailed on North Carolina when it came to the OLF until everyone and their mothers came out against it. She was cheerleading it all the way through before he epiphany on the road to damascus.
10/15/2008 1:32:34 PM
hmm. okbut in my mind that still isn't enough to sway me towards Sales Tax Hagan.
10/15/2008 1:37:01 PM
I think it is fair to say that Hagan has cut as many taxes as she has raised, especially during the long session (before she was even thinking about running) and during the short session.
10/15/2008 1:40:12 PM
again will some one please remind me how meeting with Godless Americans PAC has anything to do with upholding North Carolina values?
10/15/2008 1:57:40 PM
it doesn't.there's your answer

I thought it was absurd that Dole got into office, especially the way she got eligible to run for office. She's barely in NC, and doesn't give 2 shits about NC, just her status in DC. Peace out you carpetbagging vapid cunt, I'll be voting against you.
10/20/2008 6:18:56 AM
My girlfriend and I caught the last half of that Dole ad where she rails against the "non-believers" and "homosexuals". We actually thought it was some kind of parody ad at first but then laughed out of sheer horror that it was, indeed, a real ad from the Dole campaign.
10/20/2008 6:41:36 AM
^^^ how that commercial have anything to do with Dole's age ^ That's how you know she's getting desperate, she's going for the bigot vote now [Edited on October 20, 2008 at 6:44 AM. Reason : .]
10/20/2008 6:43:31 AM
I like how Dole's campaign consists of nothing more (at least from what i see from her TV ads) than elect me or you'll be voting for....a spend happy liberalatheist god hateran Obama fan
10/20/2008 7:27:03 AM
^^ She is a bigot herself. She got elected on the coattails of Jesse Helms. Bigots are her base.
10/20/2008 8:45:30 AM
Hagan is against Christmas! She probably tried to poison Santa.
10/20/2008 10:20:51 AM
10/20/2008 10:50:16 AM
I'm voting for Hagan. Dole hasn't done anything. I haven't heard her name since the last election. She's been mostly involved in partisan things like the "elect republicans" committee. I've been pleasantly surprised by Richard Burr. When I write to them, he always responds in a thoughtful way, whereas she doesn't usually respond. And when she does respond, it's a form letter.Dole has no business representing NC, as she has lived her entire life in Washington DC and Kansas.Oh yea, and her campaigning has been disgraceful. I've yet to hear her give a reason to vote for her, only against Hagan. So if you are against Hagan, make sure you write somebody else in, b/c there is no reason to vote for Dole.[Edited on October 20, 2008 at 11:02 AM. Reason : ?]

Look Dole may be nothing to write home about. But putting tax-hiking Hagen in--you are helping the democrats put together a bullet-proof senate. It would be very dangerous to liberty and the economy to let the democrats have total control of the gov't.
10/20/2008 11:08:45 AM
for pete's sake. spell her name right if you're going to insult her....
10/20/2008 11:10:07 AM

Hagan just got the endorsement of the News and Observer....And apparently Dole has put $3M of her own money into the race....gotta love that Viagra money
