I'm not sure 800 is a real number in that context. That sounds like you could spread your blood on toast.

Triglycerides can get very high. My doctor said that I was (obviously) on the very high end of the spectrum, but she had a few patients whose numbers were even higher.

I turned to healthy food from yesterday, vegetables, nuts, oats, fruits, soy milk, yogurt, and deleted all fast food apps on my smart phone although they offer very good deals.
Ran for 30 mins on the treadmill in my office. It's almost got abandoned since it's bought and installed.
Hope it helps before the next physical exam.

And I guess I will just have Subway and Chipotle for fast food sometimes.

Chicken salad is also fine for me I think, but I doubt I can walk into those fast food stores and only order salad.

Gonna see my doctor tomorrow and retake the physical exam. She must be angry with my biometrics screening results, as I forget to follow her advice. I first had high cholesterol and body fat back in 2011. Then I worked hard, exercised everyday, ran everyday at noon at a local park. My level was back to normal and I lost 10-20 pounds. It's time to do it all over again.

The result of physical exam comes out. Almost all indexes are getting lower. No treatment or medicine needed. Just have to keep very very healthy diet everyday, like, tons of fruits and vegetables, no fast food, only white meat, limited dining out, limited caffeine and alcohol, limited sweets and carbohydrates, etc.

Limited dining out, because restaurants lean to put unhealthy stuff to get better tastes. That’s new to me .

Gaining weight is also bad for the organs, like, the liver. One of the critical indexes of my liver is getting a little bit higher than normal now, which made me feel nervous when I saw the result. The doctor said the extra fat would go into those organs. So I have to work hard to get the BMI down. Mine is 29 now and the goal is 25. It's time to build some muscles and do aerobic activity.

I've lost over 110 lbs using an app called myfitnesspal. Give it a try.

How do you not know these things?

Gaining weight is bad for:

organs
limbs
extremities
brain
intelligence
mental health
circulatory health
digestive health
reproductive health
nervous system
life span
being disease-free

Gaining too much weight is bad for everything in, on, and about your body.
