I started going to this place when the MKII machines came out.

I sort of remember them having several regular ones, then one on a huge screen.

That was me in middle school. I could make $10 last at least 8 hours on a Saturday.

v3 of MK2 had everyone's 2nd fatality?

And the virtual reality thing was so damned stupid. The cost was 5 dollars just to ...look around while you're either in a plane or hot air balloon or something; wasn't even a game.

I felt pretty ripped even at that juncture in my life...
