Stopped taking supplements over a year ago (never really took that much except for protein on a consistent basis...messed around creatine and glutamine a little).I'm honestly in the best shape of my life and love not spending the money on supplements and just the general pain in the ass it was to make shakes, make sure I had them right after workouts, taking a shake and then not being able to eat dinner when I wanted, etc. It just wasn't worth the benefits that I could get without taking them.
