I got arrested one time for DWI, but i wasn't drunk. They took me to the station and I blew a .03. There was a total of about 15 minutes from being pulled to me blowing downtown. Would I still be flagged even though that arrest resulted in nothing? I got pulled another time shortly after that for suspicion of drinking, only for the cop to see that i had a perfectly sober person driving my car, this is why i'm curious.

I saw one of my buddies from work in Food Lion one day, while my girl was waiting in the car. I told him where I was parked and that he was more than welcome to go fuck with her.
