4/11/2008 1:01:14 PM
May merciful God take pity on your soul. Back to the subject, does no one else think its fishy that al qaeda seems to be so indifferent towards china?

and the deaths wouldnt be in the thousandsThere has got to be well over a million communists in China that could use 50 calibers of democracy right between the eyes
4/11/2008 1:13:41 PM
I really hope you're merely trolling.
4/11/2008 1:15:25 PM
religion is something you keep to yourself.

If aiding a machine that perpetuates misery and oppression like communism isnt a capital offense, I don't know what is
4/11/2008 1:16:42 PM
if raging a war and advocate mass murder people who are different from you is God's will, then I guess this god kinda sucks

4/11/2008 1:34:32 PM
that's like asking a woman if she's crazy
4/11/2008 1:36:54 PM
Or asking you if you're a flaming hypocrite who uses the Lord's name in vain constantly meanwhile judging others for their supposed blasphemy.[Edited on April 11, 2008 at 1:39 PM. Reason : .]

no I'm not a communist. I'm just a person who was born and raised in China for 16 years before I migrated to the US. no matter what the chinese governemnt does or how I dislike chinese culture (in terms of social norms etc.), I don't think I can ever abandon the root, because this is how everyone considers me as. I have gone through a lot of struggles in the past 7 years.[Edited on April 11, 2008 at 1:43 PM. Reason : ]

So, as I suspected, The Judge is merely calling you a communist because you're Chinese. Wonderful.(Does that make me capitalist because I'm American?)
4/11/2008 1:46:00 PM
goldenviper: in china, yes.. you'll be called capitalist by a lot of people just because you are american, hehe. it's all stupid and bullshit, you know
4/11/2008 1:47:06 PM
Part of your "identity" seems to be backing inhumane actions of your Communist homeland. Not all Chinese are communist, I respect not only those unwilling to accept that godless form of government, but revere the ones that speak out against it.You should be ASHAMED of yourself, to use your newfound freedoms to speak AGAINST the very government that granted you such liberty. Your countrymen have no such luxury.
4/11/2008 1:48:59 PM
if I did say something unfair about America then I appologize.
4/11/2008 1:53:37 PM
That's really big of you kurtmai
4/11/2008 1:56:41 PM
is he just joking or is he just dumb as fuck and can't read between lines?
4/11/2008 2:00:21 PM
You know what lines I'd like to read between?Lines and lines of godforsaken Communist pigs hanged then shot for their crimes against God and man.
4/11/2008 2:02:53 PM
The earlier talk of Robin Hood reminds me of an experience in a political science class long ago.To demonstrate the importance relative power, the teacher asked which of the following we'd prefer: 1% GDP growth for the USA, 1% for China or 5% for us, 5% for China.Needless to say, most raised their hands for 5% growth. Then we were to choose between 5% growth for us and 20% for China or 1% for each country. Most chose the later. There was an East Asian guy sitting in the back of the room. He looked around in shock or disgust. "Y'all are evil," he said.He was right.
4/11/2008 2:08:31 PM
The last thing we need is the chinese to have more money to spread their communist disease
4/11/2008 2:09:21 PM
Despite what you might think, most Chinese are more interested in basic necessities and comforts than killing monk in Tibet. They are, after all, human beings.
4/11/2008 2:12:09 PM
You know what, this whole message board strikes me as being more than just a little red and I'm not talking about the style sheet
4/11/2008 2:14:28 PM
well, I wouldn't prefer 20% growth for china either. cuz I know what it's like over there, the wealth is highly concentrated and the general people aren't getting enough money proportion to the economic growth. when chinese governemnt has money, they are more likely going to build fansy office buildings, banks etc. than facilities
4/11/2008 2:15:44 PM
4/11/2008 2:17:30 PM
I'm all about smashing states. People still need food, shelter, and health care. Opposing economic growth in China because of relative power or ideological reasons is downright mean-spirited. We're talking about the wellbeing of millions and millions of people.
4/11/2008 2:18:20 PM
Their well being is best looked after by taking apart the Communist structure in that nation and hanging and shooting every one of the party members. Once we establish democracy the quality of life will increase.
4/11/2008 2:21:08 PM
what's preventing the chinese people from getting a better lifestyle is the chinese culture itself. - or should I say, the BS part of chinese culture. it's on its way to change, I think.most significant bs in chinese culture is "reputation". chinese people value their reputation too high. the government officials will try to build those things to make their city look good and thus give themselves good rep, and scientists etc. spend most of their time not on working but rising in rank. [Edited on April 11, 2008 at 2:27 PM. Reason : ]
4/11/2008 2:21:36 PM
I mean, if you think about the result of economic growth, which is inflation. if the people aren't getting pay raise proportional to the growth, they'll end up losing money.
4/11/2008 2:25:52 PM
As an American kurtmai (I'm assuming you have repented and given up your status as a chinese national) how would you say we could best go about disrupting communism in China?
4/11/2008 2:30:13 PM
As I understand it, standards of living have been improved in China over the last few decades. Economic growth generally correlates with this increase.(This is not to say the growth has come without cost. I've heard the environmental damage is great.)
4/11/2008 2:32:52 PM
The environmental damage is unforgivable, and their monetary policy can be described as nothing less than predatory with respect to America
4/11/2008 2:34:48 PM
Well, industrialization tends to cause such environmental damage. I don't like it either, but that's how the market seems to roll. I suggest technocracy. Until then, though, people will do what they can to improve their lives.
4/11/2008 2:38:13 PM
the lebenstandard has increased over the decades, yes, but it's coming to a halt. recently food price has experienced significant increase over a short period. I don't think it's a good sign. but the central officials are becoming more and more open minded, which is good. corruption has always been big issue for centuries.
4/11/2008 2:39:19 PM
environmental destruction is not a causal effect of industrialization, China is just careless and arrogant in its approach towards the environmentI see kurtmai hasn't responded, its not unlike a commie to hide and wait for the opportunity to strikeI hope I live to see a scene like this in Shanghai
4/11/2008 2:40:44 PM
4/11/2008 2:42:19 PM
especially pork. as far as environment goes, they don't have money for it. if you are studying environmental engineering, you'll know how much it'll cost to maintain a clean production. in china, it's usually the small production plants who are damaging the environment the most. they are too small to afford water/air treatment, and the local governemnt can't afford to close them up - many local inhabitants live on those production plants.
4/11/2008 2:48:00 PM
why don't you stop hiding from my question kurtmai?
