in reference to the nuvaring- it doesn't fit "around" anything, its actually supposed to be kinda squished. instead of being perfectly circular (or nearly so), think of it more as a very stretched out oval. if you can have sex (or even wear a tampon) then a nuvaring should be super easy to use.

I could never take a pill at the same time everyday. I cant even guarantee I'd be awake at the same time everyday... much less remember to take a pill. I even tried setting alarms on my phone to remind me, but that didn't even work.
