Google the Magnsum Moss Warranty Act and look in the NC statutes.

I think it's kind of shady that icanread2 feels there is something seriously wrong with this product he is selling; and instead of pointing out the product, tries to obscure it. Potentially just so that they can continue to sell that product.

Hell, you may not make some immediate sales. But, the response to the company could see them "fixing" their product/warranty.
