Basically, today I drove to her place, had lunch, and then we went straight to sex. I guess, it just made me want to weigh things out

I kinda snapped out of it while I was getting dressed and she was putting the sheets in the washer

I've been blowing off the girl I've been dating before this whole weekend's stuff happened, telling her I was sick, and she was texting me like, "I know you're stuck at work for lunch, I'll bring you some soup!" and I told her no no I was in a meeting

and then on the other hand is my ex who seems to taking things so nonchalant

she said "I'm surprised at how easy it is to lie to myself"

i think these threads are going over without much resistance because so many of us have had this happen. i vividly remember taking half days in the spring and hanging out with people i shouldnt. it sure is fun until the reality sets in
