You guys need to recognize the separation of "The court of law" and "the court of public opinion." Innocent until proven guilty only applies in a court of law. What is wrong with a member of the public (not on the jury) to take the information on a case and form an opinion on it? They are not governed by the rules of a law in the way they make their decision. Just because the law is supposed to assume they are innocent until proven otherwise does not mean that I have to. The most notable example would be O.J.s case. Just because he was found not guilty in a court of law am I supposed to change my opinion on the case to reflect that? Now if you're spouting off with shit like, "lets go lynch those negros" and "if only I could get 5 minutes alone with one of them" you're just sounding off like an asshole.

Innocent until proven guilty doesn't mean you have to believe they're innocent. It's just a legal term.
