this thread reminds me of the time i got charged like 500 for overdue library books at state. there were only like 4 books. and i turned them in eventually. and cried so they lowered my fee to 100. whoooopsy

it was because the stupid bookstore didn't mark my dvds as returned when I had returned them three months prior
