Well, I enjoyed it. The style was pretty cool, and the dialogue hit me in the right spot as well. More character development would have been nice, though I don't know where they could have gone with it.

i really didn't mind it as much as everyone else seems to have.

i saw it because i didnt really want to see anything else at the theaters (mom/sister were seeing something else). went in expecting something bad.it was an enjoyable watch overall. agreed that character development was lacking and it felt a bit disjointed at first, but it was interesting at least. dont regret it.

Frank Miller doesn't know how to work with moving media. Period.
1/5/2009 4:12:22 PM
We get it, you weren't a fan of Sin City or The Spirit and will not be a fan of any future movie project Frank Miller is involved with.
1/5/2009 4:16:19 PM
I reserve the right continue bitching about a talented person who refuses to act like it.

Matt and I decided that this movie was the biggest prank ever played. The trailer made it seem interesting, and I was lured in by Scarlet in glasses being hot.It ended up being the worst fucking movie I've ever seen. It wasn't even laughably bad. Just BAD.

^^ I swear the comments here even scared me off it. I haven't seen the movie and will probably wait until it's out on DVD or pay-per-view. PS: Oh, shit--now the movie's being openly mocked:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0xI2_Up1d4[Edited on January 7, 2009 at 2:29 AM. Reason : ]
