you put your hands over someone's ears because what they are about to say might have the potential of being offensive to who's ears you are covering

who cares. i think it was only offensive/mean because she was prob embarrassed. i mean you should be able to joke back and forth about celebs you think are attractive. clearly you will never meet them and if you do the chances of them wanting to like jump your bones are probably slim to none. and hey, if they do, maybe your gf will let you have a celeb exception to cheating. i mean it is really a stupid thing to fight about. my bf things scarlett johansson is hot, i think justin timberlake is hot...but neither one of us gets mad about it. but we also don't go around talking about celebs we think are hot a lot. if you make these kinds of comments a lot and this was a last straw kind of thing, then maybe. but i think the main issue is that she was prob embarrassed because you said it in front of people while she was right there, but you acted like you didn't want her to hear.

Exactly.

That's why it's stupid of her to get mad, but ever stupider of him to think that he'd have to say something like that.

i agree with this if the talking about celebs/models is normal for your relationship.

honestly i've always thought it was smarter just to keep those sorts of things to yourself, especially around the person you're with. it's just being considerate of them, especially if you know that it's something that would bother them.

it seems to be one of those things where you probably stepped over the line, and then she overreacted, both at fault, both say sorry and move on like slackerb said.

ok, i wouldnt have said it like that and tried not to do it infront of my gf

and if she cant take you saying u wish u were another guy so u could fuck his gf

well your an idiot for saying it
but she needs to lighten up a little because its not like its going to happen

haha

but seriously, learn to take a comment sometimes. some reason if you say anything about girls, if your girl is this crazy and stupid, regardless if its good or bad they will get mad at you and think your hitting on them

plenty of stories from this

summmary:
you could have said it better
she needs to lighten up
