This is going to be the worst SB since.....last year. The last have been fairly bad. Pitt/Seattle was bad as was last year's minus Hester's return.

Why do you guys think its going to be so bad? The Giants almost (should have) brought them down in week 17, and they have been looking good. They've got the heart. I think they will bring them a good game.

I had been hoping Farve would just win it and retire this year, I like seeing newer QBs....But I guess I'm going to have to root for the Giants, just because if there's ever going to be a 19-0 team, I don't want it to be the Patriots.
1/21/2008 11:21:32 AM
^Meh. I'd rather see him get all teary eyed at the end of the game when talking about his plans to retire and then not doing it again.Yeah, it's going to be a boring Superbowl. Not as boring as next year's BCS NC game between tOSU and whoever.
1/21/2008 12:08:40 PM
I just don't like it because its Boston and NY...Not only are we forced to watch it on baseball every time they play, but now those cocksucker yankee assholes get to have the superbowl and if I go out I'm going to see and hear all those bastards accents and gloating. But go Patriots I guess, I don't want it to look like Eli was the better pick that Rivers, and I'd rather hear about the Pats than the '72 Dolphins because they seem like pricks.
1/21/2008 12:16:48 PM
I never thought this would happen but I must go for the Pats on this one...ELI must not win or we'll be hearing about "peyton and Eli winning back-to-back" superbowls for the next 20 years on ESPN. NOt to mention that eli is a whiny pussy ass muther fucker.
1/21/2008 12:21:22 PM
What's good for Tom Brady is good for America.GO PATS!!!
1/21/2008 12:22:49 PM
technically it's Boston and New Jersey, and I'd rather see any team beat a New Jersey team, including UNC
1/21/2008 12:24:53 PM
Whoever doesn't watch this super bowl just because of their petty hatred for the pats is just cheating themselves. Either way history is going to be made. Maybe the best team ever in sport cements an undefeated season or it'll be one of the greatest upsets ever. How many sporting events that you watch during the year can say that? And don't just think the G-men will be a pushover. They played them pretty well last time out.I'm looking forward to it.

I am predicting a finish of Scott Norwood like proportions....

1/21/2008 12:50:21 PM
the Giants/Ravens SB sucked a lot of shit.

DalCowboys just got suspended
1/21/2008 1:39:00 PM
yeh, this is up there with pitt/sea for meon a side note, i now have to hear nonstop about pats going 19-0, sheli in the super bowl, randy moss beating that bitch, mercury morris blathering about something that happened 35 years ago & other useless shit that i have no interest in listening to
1/21/2008 1:43:22 PM
That is the problem with 2 weeks off before the super bowl. They have to fill the time with something and none of it is interesting. By the time the game gets here you are so sick of both teams that the game would only be exciting if somehow they both managed to lose.
1/21/2008 1:50:56 PM
or tie, ala Bud Selig @ the all star game
1/21/2008 2:03:20 PM
^x11 Technically its Massachusetts vs. New Jersey as the Patriots play about half an hour away from Boston.
1/21/2008 3:00:34 PM
The Foxboro Patriots of Boston VS. The New Jersey Giants of New York playing in the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale
1/21/2008 3:05:24 PM
hahaha, that's pretty good.
1/21/2008 3:08:42 PM
I forgot to add that the Pats are representing the six state region of New England
1/21/2008 3:14:21 PM
LETS GO GIANTSBALLIN'
