^yea, but you're just going to some place to cook your own steak. If you're going out, might as well let them cook the steak for you.

i dont know, that sounds fun to me. like i was saying, i have fun experimenting with cooking steak.

plus a grill sounds more fun than a broiler, and i dont have a good grill yet. maybe this spring

Filet Mignon is a great cut and mighty tasty but i can never get one that is big enough, T-Bones is where its at. just add salt and pepper then cook medium rare.

Filet Mignon is just too lean for me. My favorite cut is ribeye.
