this is a little ridiculous. no posts exist from that time, and they can't be retrieved. yet, someone can still be suspended over posts that aren't around. he still served suspension time for the non existant posts, so if anything tww owes him a free offense.

personally, i think it's a little creepy that 1-3 of the mods zone in on individual users so often. we know beardawg has a napolean complex (for obvious reasons), which could be leading to some sort of domination fetish? not sure what's up with the rest.

^^^what exactly constitutes a person worthy of being owed some consideration here? or at least not being singled out for no apparent reason? post count? "owning" people? going premium? sucking up to the mods?

while no doubt he's pulled some shenanigans on the board, baonest has contributed a hell of a lot of help/knowledge to tww. both on the board and in irl. that should count for something and be taken into consideration vs. someone just here to be entertained and cause trouble. i'm sure he can be a pain in the ass to the mods at times, but tww as a whole gets more in return for it. isn't that what should really matter?

maybe a couple of mods have that warm fuzzy feeling because they've gotten to play daddy, but all it's really serving to do in the big picture is make the site worse when the personal vendettas are perpetuated. anything annoying has been stamped out, but so have all the quality contributions.

i'm all for moderating legitimate problem people, but the harassment of members that contribute so much and just want to have a little fun here and there is pointless. it's like a cop that knows there is someone who has gotten away with breaking a few laws, and as a result just follows the person around waiting for them to make the smallest infraction to nail them.
