i'm not saying they should beget a gaggle of retards, but if you love someone in that way i would think that wouldn't change just because you found out you were related--although i've read that the risk of birth defects due to inbreeding is overblown

50% chance of defects. never a chance I'd want to take. If they stay together (the twins, not the ones with kids that knew about it), they should be snipped and then adopt a baby of another race.
