meh that is hard to control. seems like your body has a lot to do with that. in HS i was ripped wrestling 125/130 weight class and naturally weighing about 134. was benching about 2x my bodyweight, chugging protein shakes and all kinds of stuff.today, i havent lifted weights in 3 years and i still weigh 135 and my weight has never really fluctuated, and theres no way that if i started lifting again today id be as motivated as i was before and therefore i know ill never be in as good of shape. i definitely lost all of the muscle yet my weight never really changed besides the usual 130-138ish fluctuation. i had all during college.always been kind of a head scratcher for me.[Edited on December 31, 2007 at 5:02 AM. It's weird. I weighed the most when I was in HS running track. (about 170) But since then, I haven't crap exept play flag football a lot for the last 2 years. I stay about 160-165 all the time. Damn dude, 130 lbs? How tall are you?

Last year at this time I was still sorta recovering from some surgery and other medical issues where I lost about 20 lbs in the process. I've gained about 5 lbs back, and weigh around 150 now. I'd like to get back up to 160-165.
