I immediately thought of Christian Okoye. But he did make a couple pro bowls so he probably doens't count. He was unstoppable in Tecmo Super Bowl though.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_ddO5ENtus

Kevan Barlow. Was supposed to be the "real deal" after splitting time with Garrison Hearst and posting some insane average around 6 yards per carry. I remember reading an article where Mike Shanahan called the 9ers to congratulate them on getting the best RB in that year's draft. 49ers dump Hearst, give Barlow a new contract, and he does fuckall.Alvin Harper. Helps Dallas win some Super Bowls, gets a big contract to be the #1 WR in Tampa, and then is never heard from again.Reggie Brooks. Posts 1,000 yards (or close to it) as a rookie. Then disappears.Richard Dumas. A brilliant rookie on the 92-93 Suns team that reached the NBA Finals. I think he ran into drug problems and his career tanked.

you are right about Kevin Barlow, he had a couple good seasons after Garrison Hearst finally hung em up. But he vanished shortly after especially with Frank Gore emerging these past two years.I also vote for the who lives in the neighborhood down the street from me.

God, I loved Reggie Brooks. That was a really good selection.MVP of the ACC tournament on a team with Dennis Scott and Kenny Anderson. And this is a threadshaker.#2 ranked highschooler in the country, supposed to be the shit. Logged probably ten career minutes in the NBA. Korleone Young.

Todd StinksonHad a few decent years, but was ridiculously skinny and had a permanent case of Alligator Arms.and bonus points for being the subject of this hilarious rant by Len Pastabelly.http://profootballtalk.com/lencut.mp3[Edited on December 20, 2007 at 9:14 AM. Reason : MOVE ON OR MOVE OUT]

Didn't know any one ever expected to be an impact player in the NBA....He hung around for about 8 years or so I think prob made some pretty good cash for sitting on the pines most of the time !

Rick Mirer. #2 pick in the '93 NFL Draft. Rookie year and 2nd year were "OK" by young QB standards. Finished his career with a QB rating in the low 60's. Was supposed to be the next big thing in Seattle

Biggest Golf Bust of all time, used to be a top 3 player.....[Edited on January 3, 2008 at 12:23 PM. Reason : link]
1/3/2008 12:21:24 PM
I wouldn't call him as much of a bust as Matt Kuchar, Paul Stankowski or Justin Rose. At least Duval was #1 in the world and won a major.
1/3/2008 12:24:41 PM
hahaha, but where is he now? I don't think he can even break 80 anymore. It'd be like Cecil Fielder hitting 3 homers next year, 2 the following year, and 4 in 2010
1/3/2008 12:27:49 PM
He admittedly stopped caring about golf. I agree he fell off big time, but he wasn't as much of a bust as the others since he at least had great success for a couple years.

Raghib "The Rocket" IsmailStolen by the CFLGino TorrettaI loved this guy when I was a little kid. He looked like he was 40 and my dad. He won the Heisman in 1992, rode the bench in the NFL, re-surfaced briefly, and now is rich as hell from Wachovia and as CEO of some radio broadcasting company.[Edited on January 4, 2008 at 3:18 AM.
