err...i missed the $30 price tag. Thats insane! you could feed a whole extended family of 50 on pigeon for $30 in Egypt.

TASTY!!

Dove is awesome, I bet pigeon would be decent. There is a lot of diet difference though because how many bird feeders do you see in the city? Or corn piles? Or millet fields?

ACTUALLY... These pigeons were probably farm raised, so they'd have the same diet.That's the only way a market could be controlled on them.

It said PIGEON on the menu, and the server said it can be gamy. However I didn't think it was at all. I'd get it again, but $29 was a little pricey imo. I mean Lobster was on the menu for $35...

i had wood pigeon and it was pretty gamy, more so than pheasant anyway
