I used to love Coors Light until someone was like "It's basically flavored water". Then I tasted it again and said "Damn, he's right".

East Village was fun for me back when I went there years ago. A little crowded at times, but I didn't have much of a problem with service. 1.50 Coors Light is still good when you're plastered and taste of the alcohol doesn't really matter. I think your attempts to paint everyone who goes there with a broad stroke is weak.

It's also a great place to stumble back to Bragaw from.

there are only two reason i like east village:

1. the deck
2. cheap beer

BUT its only good in during the warmer months when you can sit out on the deck. other then that it sucks.

I used to enjoy frequenting EV when I lived on that side of town. I don't know if they still do, but they used to have Killians draft for $1.50 beer of the month all the time. Can't beat that.

Also, they used to have this hot skinny brunette bartender with huge boobs (definetly fake).

I suppose when you're 18 maybe a bar is strictly for getting fucked up and desperately trying to get laid- Certainly the term "bar room sports" derived from somewhere... Having live music and/or bar room sports is almost essential to maintaining a "fun" bar- imo

(unless of course you just have amazing drink specials which EV does not)

^haha- I only mention beer pong because PB's used to do it across the street. $5 all you can drink and beer pong) lol
