To astonishing smart AIs, I don't see how a moderate number of unenhanced humans would be worth exploiting. Assuming they quickly master nanotechnology, which seems likely, they'll be able to do what they please. I imagine they'd start building a Dyson swarm to harness as much of the Sun's power as possible. We're talking cosmic scale. Keeping unenhanced humans around wouldn't be a noticeable expense to such beings.
