so, when you actually read the new statutes, some of the new provisions are rather hyped"make it harder for speeding motorists to get off with a lesser charge" is really:-driving with improper equipment is not a lesser included charge of speeding in excess of 25 miles per hour-speeding in excess of 25 miles per hour is ineligible for a PJC"revoke the driver's license of someone who provides alcohol to a minor" only applies if you give alcohol to the minor, not if you sell it to themetc.[Edited on December 2, 2007 at 9:32 PM. There's a certain someone who does not believe that you can trip a light to make it change by adjusting yourself on it properly. This person swears that I am full of shit... I'm going to save this and send that little point to them!

it depends on the light, not all signals have induction loops

dur, but this person says there is no such thing anywhere in any lights. Even though I have shown the marks in the road to them! and proved it many times.
