What if something happens to them that disfigures something you really loved about them, like their face, but otherwise they are healthy and the same person as before. Would you stick it out or high tail it?

my ex got in that comfort zone about halfway through our 3 years. When we first started dating she worked at a gym and was a fitness freak and had one of the tonedest bodies and firmest asses i'd ever had the pleasure of balling out. Then she slowly turned into the lazy sweatpants no routine type which immediately didn't bother me cause i like thick girls and am pretty lazy myself. We broke up and she kept gaining, mostly in the face which was horrible on her. Now she looks awkward. So yeah, glad that is over.

ive dumped a few chicks because i thought they were going to be fat. if a girl is gaining weight at 24 what is she gonna look like at 35? fat
10/23/2007 2:35:57 PM
are you married to that blond chick yet?
10/23/2007 2:36:41 PM
^^same hereIf a girl looks like she is trending towards fatitude, I bail on her. Some chicks are just destined to be fatties. No use fighting that shit.[Edited on October 23, 2007 at 2:38 PM. Reason : 2]

ha ha I honestly doubt I'll ever be overweight... When I got in my motorcycle wreck and stopped running for a few weeks I gained a little bit of weight and felt shitty in my jeans... At that point I was like "I don't give a fuck if I still can't walk, its time to get off my fat ass and start running again." And then I lost like more weight than I gained and I was pretty stoked about that....

I think taking pride in your appearance is a matter of respect for yourself and your significant other. No one is saying you have to be a model, but there's a pretty clear difference between trying and not trying at all.

if it was significantly affecting their health, id be concerned and say something. But I'm generally attracted to chubby guys though, so most of the time its a non-issue. nothin says sexy like a beer gut. hahaha. Also, i always lose weight when i'm in relationships. I'm not sure why, but every time i get into a serious relationship 2+ months in i start dropping weight. Not in an unhealthy way, i think i just generally care more about looking good for someone. All of my friends are getting married and gaining significant amounts of weight though. Its like, they won the race so they gave up on looking good. its sad, some of these chicks used to be really hot, then they tied the knot and less then a year later they could be spokeswomen for jenny craig.
