I found quite a few answers on a quick google search. Either prying them out or pushing them through are the most common recommendations. It was fairly painless to look up. I'm confused as to what you had trouble finding... maybe it was just the keywords you used or something.

I'm not against anything a guy wants to do for me, and I'm grateful for the help. I think it's stupid when women either expect that kind of chivalry from men ("like omg, how dare you not open doors for me on dates!") or similarly get pissed when they're treated that well ("I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself, please never open a door for me ever again"). I'm really not as radical as everyone on here paints me to be.

They just get pissy when I notice double standards that they continue to reinforce.

ahHA! The TV is in my apt! I decided to go pretend to start carrying it up, and I got past the first 5 steps from the garage, and then realized I was going to die so I asked my neighbor downstairs...I really hate asking for favors but this was bugging the crap out of me..... so anyway, he said sure and voila!
