That requires planning ahead. Sounds like it was spur of the moment. Of course, I've heard of other cases where dentist put the patient under then do sexual things with them.... he could be used to taking advantage of non-sober people.

But as to the clothes situation.... All he would have had to remove is pants/skirt and panties....how hard is it to put those back on right?
