^^^while you can generally personally see or at least speak to the ADA/DA by phone from less populated/rural counties, you can't in wake. with good reason, can you imagine the volume of meetings/calls they'd get?

I didn't realize they had the ADA sitting out in the lobby, so i went up there thinking he was some sort of clerk and told him i was planning on asking for a plea, and he goes "ok, 9 over. GTFO"

I recently got a ticket in VA that I would rather not get a lawyer for. Should I ask to get it reduced to 9 over? It's only for 79 in a 65 so I don't think it would be much of a stretch, even for VA.
