haha... unfortunately in my not so sober state she got a drunken phone call of me cussing. i should have found out a hell of a lot more details before i called so she couldn't have denied it. her friend slept with that guy I know for sure (a not so hot friend) so she claims the guy was hitting on her then ended up with her friend and is just full of shit. doesn't make sense tho since he could have just told me the other girls name and said she was super hot and i (well, if i didnt know them) wouldn't have known the difference

My response was more like "early morning commotion"? We rarely get up before noon. The neighbors leaving at 7am to walk their dogs and slamming the door wakes me up, do you see me complaining? Then asked for any proof about everything else. The beer can comment really is bullshit. I found one can out in the parking lot near my place the other day and threw it away..and almost nobody I've had over smokes and the one or two that did smoked on the back deck (which is screened in so no way any butts got on the ground). Hell they're still in an ashtray if they want proof. They're just going to blame any noise they hear on me since I'm the young guy.
