he was shot with a dart that sent electricity through him, "shot" is accuratewho cares if he was warned, if he was rolling over he was probably trying to comply and if he wasnt he still clearly was not a threat

Again, more of just one side of the story. Glad to see we're making solid progress. If anything the second article confirms that the cops had good reason/probable cause to force an entry into the home. 911 hangup + medical emergency situation + someone telling you they don't need you then closing the door in your face = suspicious as hellI think you'd be hard pressed to find a law enforcement department in America who wouldn't have forced their way into the house again, we don't have all the info.. need the other side of events

forcing yourself into a house is a lot different than tazing the guy who needs assistance. your argument would seem to go towards justifying tazing the woman... but not the man.

Right, but the point is, there's clearly more to this story. The first article makes it sound like the lady called 911 and the cops got sent out. One guy came up to the door, asked what was going on, ignored any responses, called for 7 other guys and then they all kicked down the door and started wildly trashing the house and tasing people for the hell of it. The first story also seems to suggest that they tased him in the middle of his seizure, but the second story seems to suggest he was done with it by the time the cops arrived or was at least lucid long enough to tell the first cop to go away. Now we at least get that there was a confrontation at the door which would set the nerves of any reasonable officer. All we need now is the rest of the story.

Yes, yes it does. There is no delusion here.

Hey, I guess if you say it is so, especially in defense of an earlier argument you were making, then it clearly must be so!

You said your case, you're waiting for more evidence, why do you keep posting in the thread?

people going into a diabetic coma have severe difficulty processing thoughts or sensory imput because the brain is about to run out of fuel. They may have been yelling at him to get on the ground for half an hour, but it would not have registered with him what they were saying. He's lucky they didn't send him into cardiac arrest by tazing him while he was like that.
