Yeah but outside of the Carolinas, no one would want to see the bobcats playDude, you wanna go to game tonight?Who we playing?Charlotte BobcatsFuckin sweet dude, the Bobcats! Primoz, Matt Carroll, Brevin Knight! Hel yeah!Fuck that shit
4/23/2007 6:37:16 PM
time to bring in Rick Carlisle
4/25/2007 10:40:40 PM
Second that.
4/25/2007 11:57:51 PM
I started this motion.Carlisle is one of the best IMO.He got robbed because of a bunch of thug niggers...and then the dumbasses traded them for Dunleavy!
4/26/2007 12:07:24 AM
Carlisle certainly isn't an elite coach, but we could do much worse. He's the kind of guy that would make us competitive and get us into the playoffs next season.
4/26/2007 3:55:05 PM
with the right draft pick and free agent signing Bickerstaff could get us into the playoffs next yearCarlisle in Detroit was kind of like Dungy in Tampa...I think he's a very good coach
4/26/2007 3:57:13 PM
Bobcats got owned by Ari in last episode of Entourage
4/26/2007 5:22:25 PM
funny also that the Lakers got owned by the Bobcats 2-0 this year
4/26/2007 5:22:49 PM
^^welcome to page 1
4/28/2007 2:24:53 PM
sources (not mine, charlotte observer's) say that paul silas is interviewing for the job
4/28/2007 8:37:38 PM
I was shocked to see that Silas is older than bernie I guess Bernie just seems like he's old as fuck
4/28/2007 8:49:29 PM
i dunno what you're talking about silas looks like he was a freed slave (call wral)
4/28/2007 8:52:42 PM
i like when silas squints when he looks up at the scoreboard
4/28/2007 8:54:07 PM
for some reason I thought Bernie was like 83
4/28/2007 8:58:13 PM
4/30/2007 6:21:59 PM
i would be fine with Silas getting the jobthe bugs were a consistent middle-seeded playoff team for years under him, and with one or two more pickups that pan out, i think he could get this team over the hump, especially in the east
4/30/2007 6:26:11 PM
^ I wouldn't mind seeing Silas getting the job either. He was unjustly fired the first year of LBJ's reign in Cleveland and in Charlotte/New Orleans. I think he deserves another shot. I wouldn't mind seeing Rick Adelman on that Bobcats team either.

The crazy thing about that picture is that 3-4 weeks ago my friend told me that his girlfriend's sorority sister at Villanova fucked Michael Jordan in Cabo during Spring Break. And then she called her boyfriend (on the bball team at Nova) crying that night and told him what happened.I didnt really believe it at the time, but then sure enough that picture surfaces on the internet a few weeks ago making me curious again.I've yet to confirm whether she's the actual girl in the picture though.[Edited on May 1, 2007 at 10:25 AM. there's our boy at the rage concertfrom deadspin:
5/1/2007 1:27:42 PM
So who is in the coaching mix now? Don't forget, Bickerstafff is out as head coach.Who all are we interviewing/looking at/hoping to get? I know Paul Silas, Mario Elie (interviewed today). Larry Brown is a long shot, Sam Mitchell probably is also...who else are we going to look at?
5/1/2007 10:52:00 PM
5/1/2007 10:56:14 PM
^what the fuck are you talking about? I'm bringing up new names, like Mitchell and Elie. So add Carlisle is another we could possibly be looking at....who else?
5/1/2007 11:03:08 PM
Just get Carlisle and be done with it.He has a better record than any of those mentioned.Oh wait I forget, he is white, so he is out with Bobs' Cats.
5/1/2007 11:05:01 PM
why the fuck would we hire this douche?[Edited on May 2, 2007 at 6:29 PM. Reason : x]

I'd prefer Jeff cause he likes to grab Alonzo Mourning's leg
5/2/2007 7:37:05 PM
but Stan can make all the players jealous in the shower
5/2/2007 7:41:31 PM
5/2/2007 7:45:02 PM
whoa the family has a websitehttp://vangundy.net/thats baller
5/2/2007 7:50:01 PM
So someone tell me about the girl in cabo thing...with MJ...cause i heard he left with NO numbers says the report...but IF it is true I have a lot of friends at villanova and they would recognize her.
5/3/2007 1:00:27 AM
I haven't followed Mario Ellie's career much ... or at all ... since he stopped playing. Where has he coached prior to now? Is he really an option at head coach?
5/3/2007 1:58:06 AM
he's done some assistant coaching, but no head coaching. he's a former player with some experience, but not enough to make him expensive. he's perfect, for better or worse.
5/3/2007 6:27:48 AM
Ok, so no Coach news worth talking aboutbut here is a good article about Corey Brewer, I knew he was good, but they are saying his stock is rising Fast!http://insider.espn.go.com/nba/draft2007/insider/columns/story?columnist=ford_chad&page=DraftWatch-NoahBrewer&lpos=spotlight&lid=tab1pos2
5/16/2007 2:38:08 PM
Brewer looked great in both of the Final 4 games...also we have more of a need for a wing player than we do a power forward assuming we keep Mayalso every single picture on this page is awesome
5/16/2007 3:53:18 PM
Tune in on May 22 for the 2007 Draft Lottery and then on June 28 for the 2007 NBA Draft.
5/21/2007 8:25:44 AM
WHO THE FUCK IS GOING TO COACH THIS TEAM
5/21/2007 12:56:45 PM
I was hoping as soon as the Suns got bounced we'd announce Iavaroni. It doesn't really matter as long as we don't get a bum like Silas or a slow tempo guy like Jeff Van Gundy I'll be okay with it.
5/21/2007 1:02:36 PM
from Peter Vescey..."Mavericks assistant Sam Vincent has emerged as the lopsided choice to become the Bobcats' new head coach, a Charlotte hall monitor reveals. Of the six candidates initially interviewed by Michael Jordan and Bernie Bickerstaff - including Mike Fratello, Stan Van Gundy, Paul Silas and Herb Williams - the persuasive extrovert was the only one invited back. "Unless a fascinating nominee suddenly materializes, it's Sam's job to lose. Michael was very impressed by his comprehensive coaching approach."
5/21/2007 1:20:51 PM
sounds good to me. I'd much rather have a cheaper energetic assistant from a winning franchise than an expensive retread coach off the scrap heap.
5/21/2007 4:39:16 PM
I agree, lets pray for that #1 pick tonight
5/22/2007 7:58:06 AM
How in the hell did we not even interview Carlisle????OMG we only looked at two white coaches and hired a black one.....call NAAWP

5/22/2007 3:09:14 PM
got 8th
5/22/2007 8:50:48 PM
works out good for usboth go to the Western Conferenceat least Atlanta didnt get it
5/22/2007 8:56:03 PM
Julian Wright or Corey Brewer.or package #1 this year and next for Oden.
5/22/2007 9:03:16 PM
that won't happen ... nobody in their right mind would give up a top 2 in this year's draft. But maybe, just maybe, we get Seattle's no. 2 this year for the following:Our two no. 1's this yearOur no. 1 next yearAdam Morrison (God-like in Washington st)We'd then take Durant, ensuring us a future HOFer, energized fan base, and playoff worthy lineup. A man can dream ...[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 12:02 AM. Reason : ]

oh yeah
5/23/2007 8:18:17 AM
ugh, i really dont want Rashard Lewis.Another Small forward? We need a SG instead. He's just not that good. Inconsistent, injury prone, not a big time player IMOId rather keep Gerald Wallace and if we sign and trade for anything other than a trade exception i will be fucking livid.Dont fuck this offseason up Jordan. I know you're just dying too.[Edited on May 23, 2007 at 10:06 AM. Reason : a]
