My suggestion is to go buy a house with a lot and put a fence on it.

Just move out of the city until you find a house in your price range. Then you don't put up with this any more. :E

so even though it's not my yard, i shouldn't be concerned with the noise that comes from the fucks standing in that area, especially when they hit the wall that doesn't belong to me, which is connected the apartment i shouldn't be living in because i don't own it. sound logic.

i've only recently found one set of parents. they look to be pretty blue collar type of folks and i have my doubts they would even give a shit. but on the converse, they may give their kids a sound ass beating that only a blue collar dad could provide.

i'm moving in two months anyhow and i'll fill out the necessary online apartment sites giving this place a bad review. i'm going to hold off on doing anything too brash until i get my deposit back.
