lo siento.maybe B6 was the only vitamin not found in food. yes, you make vit D by getting rays.fish oil is a good one! makes me belch something awful tho!

yes forgot... your body converts cholesterol into vitamin D with exposure of skin to sunlight. if you are dark, however, the conversion is less efficient. also, you need sunlight for this happen... it isn't just manufactured on its own without any input.

THAT'S THE ONE - B12 LOL i don't take a C or D... i absorb sun, cause i'm pale as paper, and drink my calcium.
