Yeah leave it at home! but there are places that you can get on the internet on the island for like 20 minutes for only 5 dollars. Just don't get on on the ship it's expensive and your on VAY K.

just got home. long drive from Miami

that post i made from Cozumel, Paradise Beach was on free internet. the beach bar had 2 laptops on each side with free internet. oddly enough it wasn't uber slow lol so i figured i just had to say high before hoping on the waverunner

^^i went in the gift shop but didn't buy anything and we didn't have time to eat there.

In Cozumel what we did was we rented a scooter/vespa and we rode along the main road that went around the island until we found a beach that we liked. We ended up staying at Paradise Beach which was really cool. Water was great, pretty calm, no sea weed (unlike Costa Maya). Rented a waverunner (again) which was a lot of fun. They also had free internet. Something else that was pretty fun was the water activities. They had two of those giant water trampolens(sp?) and a giant inflatable ice berg thats a smaller version of a indoor rock climbing wall but in the water, which was really cool too.

After paradise beach we headed back into town and walked around/shopping before heading back to the ship.

office, yes I did mean the tourist traps. You are a tourist when you go on these things, if you want to have fun and get boozed up while people pour liquor down your throat like I enjoy on a spring break. Got to at least go by the 2. Even if you do "other" things before hand.

here's how to get free alcohol (NO KIDDING THIS HAS WORKED TWICE FOR ME NOW)

find the bar that's closest to your cabin

make friends with the bartender

tip him 30-40 bucks on your first drink

go back to him/her for every drink on the cruise and you won't pay another dime...




i swear i didn't believe it the first time i heard it, but it really really works...
