For all of those who are recently engaged or just starting to plan your wedding, my sister does wedding planning if you need a wedding planner. She has done numerous wedding in the Raleigh area and at the beach. Pm me if you would like her contact information. She can be hired to help with the entire planning process or just for the wedding day. She also makes custom wedding invitations and programs.

i'm getting married in 3 weeks and 2 days wedding planning was a BLAST! i didn't really have anyone but my sis to help me and my fiance's input on whatever final decision i was making but i could do this for the rest of my life- it was so much fun! congrats to all those newly engaged and newly married folk

it's a bridal show. they're crazy- lots of vendors and its worth it to sign up for all of the ones you're interested in. they'll send you lots of emails with discounts that you may not get otherwise.

just elope, it's MUCH cheaper. can't say that i would do it myself bc of the visions of the big poofy white dress and all, but if it was a money issue, then i would've. then come back and just have a big party and get your family to contribute to that as their gift to you, then you don't have to worry about it!
