There was a less than 30K thread and a greater than 50K thread, so I guess someone felt left out and had to make another thread to encompass their salaries.

^ no no no! there was a less than 30K thread, and a more than 100K thread, so that's why somebody thought it would be funny to make a thread like this, which is completely pointless, as it includes like 90% of college graduates.

There most certainly is a greater than 50K thread.

marketing & finance

but I'll be going back to school next fall for the MBA, after which I'll be DQ'd from this thread for making too much money. Can't wait for that day!

^i wouldn't be so sure...a lot of that depends on experience, where you get your mba, where you want to work, and what you want to do...the range i've seen this year is between 60k to 95k (which is mostly suppy chain jobs). most of the marketing jobs have been closer to 60k.

^which is why I'm saying g'bye to marketing, and focusing on pursuing finance, at a top-20 or better b-school.

getting 32000+ before taxes teaching, but that is because I am teaching 4 classes without a planning period.

Next year I should be getting more since I will be dept. chair plus I will be trained and will be teaching IB classes.
