The tank - probably only around for another 3 months.

I prefer to think of it as retro.

thx

well.....

there's some fit & finish issues with the interior, a lot of the plastic bits aren't as strong as they should be. My dad broke my "oh shit" handle just by putting like half of his weight on it.

Mechanically, the car is sound. the suspension is really easy to work on. when I lowered it it took me and 2 of my buddies about an hour and a half total, and a half hour of that was spent trying to line the spring cups back up in the back after replacing the springs.

the radio doesn't have ipod or aux ins, which sucks, and it's molded too so you have to buy this $100 frame in addition to the radio if you want to replace it

but other than those things I love it, it's the best car I've owned

oh, and the stock tires are some fucking weird size, and thusly are expensive as shit

cars i've had:

1971 Cutlass Supreme; 350 Rocket/TH350

next was a 1991 Maxima SE that I kept for a short while before buying:

1995 Wrangler

and in the background, you can see the next in line...

a 1990 Miata with built motor, T28 blowing 17 psi, FMIC, 3" TBE, eibach springs, tokico shocks, wilwood brakes.

Next up was a 2001 S2000 with Comptech aftercooled supercharger and Comptech cat-back (and Fikse FM10 rims, 18" type)

I currently own this car, a 2001 330Ci (has sport/premium packages; 5spd). It looks like I'll be selling it next week, though, since I just picked up:

2006 Evo (with sun/sound/leather package)

i'll try to get a better pic of it when it stops raining down here and I get it cleaned up.

I drive this shit while I live in Japan.

Diahatsu Mira. My trunk is full of plastic pieces that fall off of the car.

Some specs on my whip:

650 cc's
59 HP @ 7600 RPM
48 ft-lbs of Torque @ 7600 RPM

Beat that.

My first ride when I was 16 was this:

1993 Dodge Dakota V-6 and 4WD. Could haul quite a few folks and could go through some mud, but it sure didn't haul no ass.

Then my sophmore year at State I got this:

97 Chevy Blazer. V-6 and 4WD again. It was alright, but shit was always breaking on it.

Finally sold that a few years ago and got my current car.

97 Z-28 Camaro Convertible. All options but SS package. Been a fun car. Have little desire to sell her for anything else, except maybe a new Z-28 Convertible.

Thats my stable for the most part. My daily rides are a 97 Buick LeSabre that is the family mobile, and my work ride is 94 Ford Ranger extended cab 4-cylinder. Its a nice little truck and it has around 218k miles on it and still running strong.
