2/8/2007 11:22:58 AM
^^Why would you want a 92FS? And yeah, PDHSC usually has one or two on display for at least a couple of weeks out of every month.
2/8/2007 11:33:40 AM
anybody know a good reason not to buy a smith and wesson .40 semi auto with the polmer grip?
2/8/2007 11:35:16 AM
which one? sw99 or smegma?
2/8/2007 1:12:39 PM
SW99
2/8/2007 1:46:21 PM
WHATS THE big deal with the sigmas are they as bad as some make them sound?
2/8/2007 1:46:55 PM
i picked up a sigma for the first time last week and it felt like a toy gun. plastic and cheap feeling- even though theyre cheap i wouldnt trust one for too long
2/8/2007 4:50:48 PM
horrible weapon, mag problems, feed ramp problemsI've had one, sold it less than a month after buying it
2/8/2007 4:57:21 PM
sigma= POS
2/8/2007 6:49:25 PM
They're prone to striker issues, too.The M&Ps use the same striker system, so caveat emptor applies. For polymer, I'd stick to Glock, HK, Steyr, and XD.
2/8/2007 10:12:55 PM
I haven't heard anything bad about the M&Ps yet, actually. They feel pretty nice in hand, too.
2/9/2007 7:57:26 AM
WTB: Beretta 84. Have permit.
2/9/2007 8:22:50 AM
the M&P sucks. any gun you need a tool to take apart is bad IMO. plus the tiny part that has to be moved to take apart the gun is prone to breakage. not a very well thought out design.

I just picked up a Glock model 33 yesterday. It came with a 40 cal barrel, though, not the stock 357. I like it so far...
2/10/2007 6:56:53 PM
Its the Panter Lite I believe, I bought it at the Raleigh Gun show in January and I ended up finding a nice classic Land Rover I wanted, but I told myself I had to sell some other stuff to make up the money I spent. Its brand new, unused. Not even two weeks old now. Its just like this one with the M-4 adjustable stock. The Remington 870 looks just like this

Why wouldn't you want a Berreta 92 FS? I've shot everything except the Berreta Glock, Colt, Sig, HK, Ruger, etc... Plus the damn mags are interchangable with the Berreta 9mm semiauto rifle if only I could stick my 33 round glock mag in a semi auto rifle. I can't afford the HK i want now so berreta was my next gun to check out... if they suck so bad tell me why? Im curious

Is purchasing an AR-15 like purchasing a shotgun or a pistol, in terms of permits, etc.?
2/13/2007 11:35:26 AM
you dont need a permit to buy anything but a pistol or a class III weapon (machine gun)[Edited on February 13, 2007 at 11:42 AM. Reason : .]
2/13/2007 11:41:31 AM
semi-auto is like purchasing a shotgun in terms of permits, etc full-auto assault rifle transfer is a lot more complicated
2/13/2007 11:42:18 AM
2/13/2007 11:44:53 AM
maybe this is a stupid question, but I've never thought of it before: If two people are wanting to trade pistols (with or without an exchange of money as well), do they both need to have permits?
2/13/2007 11:54:00 AM
no like it matters, i cant buy a gun in NC anyways... Stupid NC gun laws.

2/13/2007 12:27:56 PM
what can you stick a glock mag in other than the glock rifle conversion?
2/13/2007 2:28:02 PM
you can buy carbine rifles that accept Glock mags iircKel Tec [Edited on February 13, 2007 at 2:32 PM. Reason : ...]

2/13/2007 2:43:43 PM

2/13/2007 7:11:42 PM
^^ don't think thats exactly right. if my dad wanted to get me a pistol when i was under age i could have it as long as i was 18. the law says you have to be 21 to purchase a handgun. and in order to purchase a handgun u need a permit of ccp
2/13/2007 10:59:28 PM
^right, i was just talking about purchasing the pistol.
