I have had the chocolate for a while and liked it, but a couple days ago the touch sensor buttons started flipping out and now every time i slide my phone open it does something erratic (i.e. call someone from my recent calls, pulls up the calendar, etc.). Don't know if anybody has had similar problems but if so, I'd stay away from the chocolate, because this is a pain in the ass.

I used to work in Verizon's Corporate office in NY and Verizon is seriously the suckiest company I've ever worked with in my life. They are expensive, their phone's aren't that great at all, and their customer service is worst than Dell's if you've unfortunately ever had to call Dell's technical support line for help. I say go for the Blackjack, definitely a better buy than the LG Chocolate (shouldn't even be in the line up with Smartphones or PDA phones) its battery life is weak if you plan to listen to music with it. The Q is aiight but doesn't have all the functionality that the Blackjack has, cool for organization but if you ever want to expand and do other things with it because of its OS and software, you can only read documents and attachments, you cannot edit or create them unless you get the software to do so separately. It does have some ok stuff on it like a program to make your own ringtones. You cannot get any Get it Now applications on it like VZNavigator for navigation or Vcast to buy music and whatever else they sell. Also they charge you for everything! You want to wirelessly sync and all that good stuff, expect to pay at least $15 extra per month to be able to do so, even hotsyncing. Their cheapest plan is 450 minutes, unlimited data usage for the Q at $79.99 per month, from there its $109.99 per month if you want more minutes. Texting of course is separate.Ok... now that I've gotten that out... hehehe, Get the blackjack.
